| Trash The Dress |

I'm all for marriage, and this new fad, is more about the fact that some gals are not keeping their dress to pass on, ( they figure their daughters would be into a newer look by that time anyway, and they are only going to be wearing it once, so why not. And maybe some gals have concidered this even before it became a fad.... :) This was on the front page of our local newspaper, and I thought, I just HAVE to post this! Now mind you, I don't think I could do this to my own wedding dress, but maybe to a bridesmaid's dress or two?? Here's the link! http://trashthedress.com/ |

OMGosh! My daughter who's getting married in Oct. spent well over $800 on her dress! If she dares to get a speck of anything on it, I'll...;)
I sold my wedding dress and made more than I actually spent on it. Much better than jumping in the pool!

I feel pretty
Oh so pretty
I feel pretty and witty and gay
And I pity
Any girl who isn't me today
I feel charming
Oh so charming
It's alarming how charming I feel
And so pretty
That I hardly can believe I'm real
See the pretty girl in that mirror there
Who can that attractive girl be?
Such a pretty face
Such a pretty dress
Such a pretty smile
Such a pretty me!
I feel stunning
And entrancing
Feel like running and dancing for joy
For I'm loved
By a pretty wonderful boy!

Interesting. Yeah, when I get married, it will be the greatest time of my life. Just spending the time with the woman of my life gives me chills.

There are definitely some beautiful dresses there and some that aren't as pretty, but to trash the dress is kinda pointless if you ask me.
