  Ok, got my tickets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hubby and I are going for our anniversary, ( Is he a great hubby or what?!?!) - AND, I have just seen commercials the other day, saying that the first showing will be on Thursday, May, 24th, at 8 pm, instead of midnight, May 25th!!!!! (It didn't work out that we could go on Thursday...but oh well..I'm just happy to be able to go at all!)  Arrrrrrrrrrrr!

   Welllllllll....my lap top has a glitch, and my old comp. finally bit the dust! Soooooooooo ...I haven't been able to get on-line, at all, and I am having shoutpost withdrawl, and I KNOW you'all have been having "Pirate avatar" withdrawl, (admit it, you know you have!) - so have I!  I was going to make up for it, by posting a bunch of Pirate avatars, but...I am on someone elses comp. so, I have to go with the pics I already have....so, here's one I haven't posted yet, - a good chuckle be had by all! Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! - I'm also getting ready for family to vist in a week and three days! I'm busy, busy, busy, - cleaning, cleaning, cleaning. (Can you spell pack-rat?!?!)  Take Care all! :)

 That's right............. well, my laptop has a glitch that needs to be fixed, but in the meantime I was using my old PC ( we are talking OLD!). It has a lot of problems, but I manage. Welllll..............My old PC went up and I can't even re-boot it, like I normally have to....that sucker won't even come ON!

 Soooooooo...I'm here at my folk's working on their comp. - (this happened just last night, and I'm already having shoutpost withdrawl! - and I mean HEY! I can't NOT post a daily Pirate avatar, and have y'all dissapointed! ....that would just be so wrong!) So...here I sit at my folk's comp. ....guess I'll just have to kepp coming back here every day, till my stepson can fix my laptop!  Don't want to have anyone dissapointed that there was no Pirate avatar for the day, that's for sure!  LOL!

 These next few avatars that I will be posting this week, are the movie posters for this the third and final (?) Pirates of The Caribbean movies. They really look great, and I have already seen a few around here where we live!

 Well....with May comes pilgrims, and Mother's Day - but this May in this year, brings along with it some firsts I'm not totally looking forward to... 

 I have posted about the Saturday before Mother's Day, as each year for about the past five I think, that there will be Vincent's Run/Walk in our area. Vincent's Run/Walk was started the first year of Vincent's diagnosis of lukemia, and when he got his wings that following year, it continued to help other children like him, and to gather the names of bloodmarrow doners.

 Last year, my nieghbor's daughter, who was going through her cervical cancer returning - joined us as ( her Mom and I), as I painted faces, and they collected donations. We had a wonderful day all together, that I will not forget. This year, she is not going to be there with us physically, but she will be watching over all of us for sure. - I have mentioned in a previous post that she too got her wings just last year - near the end of the year- so this will be a year without her at the run, and her Mom's first year with out her on Mother's Day - it will also be her own children's first Mother's Day without their Mom.

 Still later in the month we will be expecting my Husband's Uncle, and his daughter, and her children, and one of her best friends to come and visit. I am cleaning our home, getting ready for their arrival. - Normally this would be a nice, wonderful, visit, but this time they will be bringing my husbands Aunt to be memorialised and  interred. I also posted about her getting her wings, late last year. She was creamated, and they have already had a memorial service in the state where they live, but they will also be having one here, where she will be buried - as my husband's Aunt and Uncle are missionaries, and were sponsored by many churches here, where my husband's Uncle is from. One of the churches that happens to be one of the oldest in our state, has given them two plots. And so the service will be held there. I have been told it is very beautiful there.

 We know these loved ones are in Heaven now, but it is still a bittersweet thing to go through. We will share all our memories on these days, some that are sad, and some that are very happy. We are so truely thankful and greatful to have these precious memories at all.
